When I purchased my home in 2011, I flew in to look at the home and needed transportation to and from the DFW and Barbara was right there to assist. No matter what, Barbara will get you an answer and see her job done from begining to end. WOW! I can not say enough good things about Barbara. She helped me for what seemed like forever to find a house and put up with my crazy questions. To me she went above and beyond what a realtor would do. She showed up on a Saturday, when she could have been home with her family. she met me anytime, any where and never once complained. I think she is the BEST and you would never go wrong having her on your team in locating house to buy or rent.... and if she's as good as she was at finding the houses for me to look at I bet she's even better at selling one!

Barbara is very professional and enthusiastic about her work. She listen carefully and have very good advice when it comes to pick a house. Unfortunately, I did not buy through her because I was set on a new house that I saw before meeting Barbara.
Barbara was very professional, personable, and went the extra mile to sale my home. Although we had a buyer the first few weeks Barbara listed my home, Green Tree Mortgage who had acquired my home 8 months prior blocked the sale by stalling and lying to both Barbara and myself. Green Tree sabotaged the sale and Barbara and I had no choice but to return all the paperwork to the potential buyers. I would refer Barbara to anyone interested in purchasing a home.

Barbara helped us so much in finding the perfect home. We even had an offer on one home and were feeling uneasy and wanted to see another house (the one we fell in love with) and she did not hesitate to cancel the offer we had made and help us make the offer on the other one. I know market is/was hot for sellers, but she sold our home in pretty much one day. Listed the house Thursday night, had 1 showing Friday, open house on Saturday, and sold it that night. Made the recommended repairs by her, and it was well worth it. She also helped us buy some land where we're currently planning on building. She specializes in homes for heroes (first responders in my case).
